  I think the previous reviewer had wrong restaurant in mind.
  Safe Harbor Mayport Florida has plenty of roof over covered seating on deck that has clearly been there for years, some full open air,along the pier/dock and some along 2 exterior walls of restaurants. Only service dogs are allowed inside. You order your food at the counter, and the server brings it out to you. We sat at the bar by the river cruise ticket stand literally overlooking the docked fishing boats. Our server was friendly, brought out water, crackers and samples of the smoked shrimp dip for the pups. She brought th em refill cups of ice water and she checked on us and the dogs repeatedly. Food was good. We had the banging shrimp, oysters, scallops clams, Mayport shrimp, and red snapper with fries, okra, coleslaw and hushpuppies. Plenty to share and the pups enjoyed it all. It's moderately pricey but you get a ton of food....two carry out boxes went home for later.
