Rude owner, mediocre food at best, overpriced

Disgusting experience! Wow, the owner is rude and seems to get off on it.
At 1st I thought he was just having a bad day, but after reading some of the reviews on here I see it's a pattern with him to pick on his customers. I have never witnessed such a scene being made in a public place of business. I really hope someone got the proof on video to go viral. It was crazy.
Two ladies in their 60s came to pick up a pizza they had ordered over the phone 40 minutes prior. The one lady asked if it was ready and the hostess let her know that they were behind schedule and they hadn't started on their order yet. The ladies went outside to wait and came back after another 20+ minutes to inquire how much longer. They were miffed that the hostess who took their order didn't tell them they were running late with orders or how long it was going to take, being that they had placed their to-go order over an hour ago by this point. The hostess again doesn't know how long it will take. The customer sees the owner slowly making pizzas and asks if the one he's making is theirs.
The owner was incredibly rude with his answer telling her to go sit down and wait, that it's his restaurant and he can take as long as he likes to make the pizzas, that it's good for the customers to wait for him since he's the boss everyone is on his schedule. He also yelled out some curse words. Lots of F words flying, hopefully, there were no kids around. The hostess looked visibly mortified, but the waiters (all young males) joined the owner in laughing at the ladies as he cursed them out for trying to figure out how much longer they'd have to wait for the pizza they paid for in advance.
If it were a guy picking up the pizza I doubt he would have put on his macho NY fake Italian act where he takes out his anger at being short, fat, and bald out on his customers. I still can't believe the names he was calling them. He tried to kick the ladies out of the restaurant without refunding them their money. The customer demanded a refund, but conveniently the cash register wasn't working properly to give them a receipt.
Truly shocking behavior. I can't believe the owner would curse at his customers for his own poor service. Unacceptable behavior. Especially uncalled for to yell at the other customers that he doesn't need any of them to come back for him to stay in business. As if we'd ever go back there again after that Broadway musical level of a performance from this curmudgeon.
I also noted that his responses on Yelp, where the reviews can't be edited away, are very polite, but if you look on Google he shows his true colors with his bad attitude towards any negative comments with nasty replies. No wonder he's short-staffed and behind schedule, no one wants to put up with this megalomaniac.
