      Not Friendly

      My son is a freshman at Florida Gulf University & I barely see him because he is so busy. I looked for highly rated, Italian restaurant near FGCU to celebrate our Thanksgiving as he will be in Chicago this year and not with me. I made a reservation online for 4:30pm on the outdoor patio for my son, myself and my 2 sweet, bathed (that morning), very well behaved Bernese Mountain dogs. When we go there ALL of the waitresses except ONE where very Rude. Our waitress tried being decent when she gave me the bill but made a remark that there are elderly rich people that eat there. I have no idea why she even said that to me. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire meal. The point is this restaurant most definitely has the most amazing food BUT they are NOT PET friendly at all. Don't advertise that you are if you are going to make people feel like they shouldn't be. I spent $115.00 for this dinner and feel jipped!!!

      Real Dogs Tolerated/Not Really Welcomed

      Tiny dogs go everywhere outside. Our dogs had to sit in the outdoor mall’s walkway (where they were in danger of getting trampled) and one female employee seemed to freak if the dogs wandered out of the walkway and came near our table. I felt very uncomfortable here.

      Great Food And Service!

      We had lunch here with our pup. The outdoor seating is beautiful, the food was amazing, and the service was top-notch!

      Best Italian restaurant ever!

      The food was absolutely amazing! The staff was excellent and very dog friendly. The patio is large and we were seated near a waterfall. Our dogs were brought water and it was refilled a couple times. We will definitely be back!
