Main courses include creamed spinach flatbread, Persian fried chicken, chargrilled cornish hen, Japanese Wagyu steak with shaved truffle, and lamb shoulder. Byblos is open Sunday through Thursday from 6pm until 11pm, Friday and Saturday from 6pm until midnight.
