    The dog-friendly Cafe Des Artiste serves authentic French cuisine in a warm, old fashioned bistro style setting. Patrons can select from a Parisian-inspired menu that features Caesar salad, foie gras, escargot, quiche Lorraine, savory crepes, croque-monsieur and madame sandwiches, smoked salmon clubs, roasted duck a L'orange, mussels mariniere, pan-seared yellowfin tuna steak, and for dessert, creme brulee, chocolate mousse, and tarte tatin. Complement the meal with glass of wine from France's most famed vineyards. Dogs are always welcome at outdoor terrace tables.       Great waterfront meal and very kind to my large breed pup offering water, end row seating and head scratches
