Located adjacent to the equally dog-friendly Hourglass Brewery, Wako Taco serves traditional Mexican eats in a festive, casual atmosphere. Patrons can select from tasty menu favorites that include nachos, tacos, chimichangas, burritos, and quesadillas with a choice of three grilled meats: spicy carne asada, chicken with adobo, and their signature Pibil pork, cooked in banana leaves and derived from a family recipe. Enjoy a flavorful meal before heading to Hourglass Brewery for a cold craft beer. Dogs can join their owners in the outside seating area. Wako Taco is open 11am to 10pm Monday through Thursday, 11am to 11pm Friday and Saturday, and noon to 4pm on Sunday.
