The Back Porch offers dine in and call ahead to go orders. Their menu includes a range of familiar favorites like burgers, fish plates, steaks, and more. They also serve breakfast on the weekends with grits, pancakes, biscuits, and other morning meals. The Back Porch is opened seasonally so it's a good idea to call ahead to make sure they're open before you go. Their hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 8am to 8pm, Friday from 8am to 9pm, Saturday from 7amto 9pm, and Sunday from 7am to 8pm. Visit Website

      Wonderful food and views

      Eating lunch here and got the fried catfish. It’s wonderful and so are all the sides we got with our meal. The service is great and the setting is beautiful.

      Very dog friendly, but no propane!

      Wish I could give a great evaluation of this place. We had Turkey sandwiches, slaw, and potato salad because the restaurant ran out of propane and could not cook our order! That's a first for me. Our server was excellent and was mortified to bring us the bad news. I suppose it was a fluke situation ... I surely hope so.
