Wildflower Eatery serves up delicious dishes crafted with fresh, organic (when possible) ingredients. Fido is welcome to join you at one of the pet-friendly tables available on their outdoor patio (patio is not covered, so keep an eye on the weather.) Try the Pickled Peppers and Pimiento Burger made with premium, fresh, double-stacked Angus beef patties topped with housemade pimiento cheese, and a mountain of spicy pickled peppers. For something lighter, try the Grilled Chicken on Orange Field Greens salad with a wildflower grilled chicken breast atop organic field greens, aged cheddar, tomato, house croutons, and honey-orange dijon. Peruse the artwork lining the walls, created by local artist Bonnie Flood, who also happens to be George W. Bush's private art teacher! Wildflower Eatery is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm.
