  We have had different experiences the few times we’ve been there. (food wise). My steak was fabulous, My husbands stuffed pork chop was way over done. The braised bourbon beef tips were delicious but the kitchen forgot the potato part of the pie.
  All in all the review should be about the establishments dog friendliness and so I will give them 5 bones. They made sure our pup had a bowl
  of water, the patio area is spacious enough for dogs and humans.

  Nice stop with our pup

  Rainy day antiquing with our pup and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed lunch on their covered side porch and ordered our girl a boneless chicken breast which she thoroughly enjoyed. Nice stop to break up a long drive and we will be back.

  Amazing Food and Dog Place

  We are finishing our lunch as I write this. The food is amazing! Our pups were greated by everyone and offered water bowls. We had the best time and so glad we stopped in.

  Amazing Food & Fido Friendly

  we went on a rainy winter night and the covered patio was dog friendly. all staff members paid our pup a visit and provided a fresh bowl of water. The food was also AMAZING! Highly recommend!

  Good Place

  We stopped here for lunch and it was very good, the food is typical pub fare and very tasty.
  There is a covered area and water bowls already out for our pup
  The staff were very friendly and the service very good

  The Name says It All

  I’ve been to the Hare and the Hound a few times but never taken our fur babies. Today we had them with us and decided to go antique shopping and stop for lunch. Our server was so overly loving to us and our pooches. Tons of love for them, she helped me figure out what to order them because I didn’t have their food with me today. She was gracious and the babies loved the people and area. Definitely recommend, not only for dog friendliness, but AMAZING food.

  My pals and I love the Hare and Hound. We hop in the Subaru and head to Landrum at least every couple of weeks to see Patty and the crew. The food is outstanding and the service is perfect. Great for lunch and dinner but my favorite is Sunday brunch.
