Capt Archie’s has an amazing outdoor area on the water that is dog friendly. the environment and employees are extremely dog friendly. the staff brought a water bowl for my pup. one word of caution for those with animals that are noise sensitive, Thursday night is bike night and gets noisy outside.
- TinaDec 30, 2021Captain Archie's 2 thumbs 👍 👍 up
Went down to Myrtle for a day trip with our Border Collie. Looked up Bring Fido to find good restaurants for our Candy girl. The food there was great! Their service was great. Loved our waitress. And she took care of our Candy. Water with ice in a bowl. And we loved the seating next to the water. Nothing but positive comments from us. ❤

We really enjoyed lunch here with Whitaker. Everyone was excited to see him, and very accommodating. They brought him a bowl of water and lots of love and pats. We’re excited to come back the next time we’re in town.

- EllenSep 26, 2021Good Food Loud crowd
In order to avoid Covid, we've been trying to eat in outdoor restaurants, which also works for our dogs.
There appears to be 2 decks. We chose to eat at the one across the driveway overlooking the intercoastal. It was a lovely evening. The dogs were VIPs and the food was so good. I wish there had been a non fried selection. But I tossed caution to the wind.
There were televisions with football, and a live band was there as well.
Cars pass through the driveway where we sat, and unfortunately, their music was louder, and many chose to gun their motorcycle right there.
Don't come here for romance, but do come to people watch.
- JamesSep 20, 2021Very dog and people friendly. Great food.
We have a 90 pound German Shepherd and he was welcomed by patrons and servers alike. He had steak tips off of the kid's menu. After all he is only 3. Outdoor manager came to our table and thanked us for coming( the place was packed), petted Odin and made sure our orders were done to our satisfaction. Great atmosphere, great food and prices and on the water to boot.

We were greeted at our table with a bowl full of water & ice for our fur baby. The food was great, the waitress was friendly and on top of everything with service being excellent! We will be visiting again!

We visited Archie's for supper as a family with one of our dogs. We sat at one of their outdoor tables and enjoyed the view of the ICW. Laid back atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly to us and our pup.
- MorganAug 9, 2019Nice Big Patio By Water
We had a good time here!
They have a nice big patio by the water that allows dogs. They’ll bring a bowl of water for your pupper, and the staff are super sweet! - CassiusJun 17, 2019Archie’s Is Awesome!
Traveling with a K-9 companion has its challenges, but Archie’s came through big! We called in advance and were informed that there was pet friendly seating outdoors. We were lucky to score a booth right on the water and the food was outstanding. Brianna’s service was the top dog, even offering water for the pups. She even flagged us down when we mistakenly left our card (did I mention good drinks?). Highly recommended.

Don't say it quickly and think it's ice cream... Captain Archie's is great restaurant with a huge patio and our dogs were like royalty. Yes, the staff accommodated them, but the real magic was how thrilled the biker crowd was with Atticus & Florence (PWD's). We enjoyed too many drinks, at a lot of southern-style seafood, and met great people (an owner and clientele). Reco - happy hour starts at 4:00, good time to arrive, else, 7:00'ish.,
- Mike thomasMore than a year agolol there are restaurants that ACCEPT DOG and DOG FRIENDLY
this place "accepts dogs" NOT dog friendly .. bigggggggggggg difference ... you go into the cool tiki with your dogs.. only to hear DOGS CANT BE IN HERE GET HIM OUTTA HERE ... hummm ok.. well it says dog friendly .. yeah you can sit out there ...where? out there .. oh the tables over across the parking lot out with the mosquitoes and 60 feet from the restaurant... accept dogs ..
