They offer seven dog-friendly tables outside in front of the restaurant. Hard Knox Pizzeria is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11am to 9pm, Friday through Saturday from 11am to 10pm, and Sunday from 11am to 9pm.

Wouldn’t necessarily consider it 100% dog friendly since you can’t order from the outside tables.
