Pecos Pit BBQ has been serving slow-roasted, wood-smoked "big 'n' messy" meats in a convenient walk-up stand that welcomes dogs at outdoor picnic tables for over 30 years in the SoDo district. Locals and visitors line up daily to choose from beef brisket, pork butt, and smoked chicken with their choice of sauce and toppings. Open 11am to 4pm Monday through Friday.
