Seattle Center Monorail The Seattle Center Monorail is pet-friendly. This elevated monorail line welcomes dogs and their owners to ride together, as long as Fido is wearing his leash. The service operates along Fifth Avenue between Seattle Center in Lower Queen Anne and Westlake Center in Downtown. The monorails' hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 9:00pm, Friday from 7:30am to 11:00pm, Saturday from 8:30am-11:00pm, and Sunday from 8:30am-9:00pm. See Details
