Dogs are welcome at Chicken Latino. You and your furry friend can choose one of the four dog-friendly tables outside. The people at Chicken Latino have gone to great lengths to provide authentic Peruvian cuisine to Pittsburgh. The owner, Shelbin Santos, imported a special wood-fired brick oven from Peru that enables her to cook certain dishes. The restaurant's signature dish is the Pollo a la Brasa, chicken marinated overnight and seasoned with a variety of spices.
