Start with a Fiery Samurai (Jose Cuervo silver, Triple Sec, simple syrup, Yuzu juice, freshly muddled limes, orange, jalapeno slices) and an order of Pork Gyoza - traditional Japanese pork dumplings, pan seared, and served with gyoza dipping sauce. Next, dig into the Steak Hibachi with filet mignon cooked on a flat top grill with soy sauce and garlic, served with mixed veggies and your choice of steamed rice, fried rice, or garlic noodles.
