Proper Bagel is a small cafe that serves up a variety of menu options including breakfast bagel sandwiches, toast, oatmeal, lunch sandwiches, salads, and more. Try the Roast Beef Bleu bagel sandwich with warm house roast beef, bleu cheese aioli, arugula, and banana peppers, served with your choice of seared tomato, sweet potato mash, or a microgreen salad.
