Proper Bagel is a small cafe that serves up a variety of menu options including breakfast bagel sandwiches, toast, oatmeal, lunch sandwiches, salads, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their many pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Try the Roast Beef Bleu bagel sandwich with warm house roast beef, bleu cheese aioli, arugula, and banana peppers, served with your choice of seared tomato, sweet potato mash, or a microgreen salad. If you're in the mood for something lighter, try the Smoked Salmon toast with Nova Scotia salmon, fresh smashed avocado, pickled onion, and pickled radish. Proper Bagel is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm, and Saturday through Sunday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
