The Virginian
The Virginian, located in Charlottesville, VA, serves up a wide variety of menu options including appetizers, salads, sandwiches, steak,ribs, pasta, chicken, seafood, and more. Start with a cold beer and an order of the Stumble Down Mac N Cheese - creamy pepper jack macaroni and cheese topped with a housemade cheddar potato cake. Next, dig into the signature Crab Cake Sandwich with a Virginia crab cake, lettuce, tomato, and onion on a toasted kaiser roll with a side of spicy house remoulade and coleslaw, served with your choice of fries, sweet potato fries, or cole slaw. The Virginian is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 2am, and Sunday from 10am to 2am.

Outdoor seating on a busy street on the UVA campus, but with safe iron barriers. Very friendly and accommodating. They provided a water bowl for our dog.
