  I really, really hate leaving negative reviews. Especially when a business is nice enough to allow dogs in their establishment. We fully intended to eat at Kilroy's and were walking to the back patio from the back parking lot when the stench from multiple dumpsters hit us in a wave of gag inducing nasty. We thought it would get better once we were in the patio, but upon arriving at the patio we were hit with overwhelming cigarette smoke on top of the dumpster smell. So we never made it inside the patio. We just could not eat in that smell or subject our kids and dog to that, either. I was so disappointed, because aside from the smell, it looks like a really awesome restaurant. But I created an account on this site just so that I could leave a review, because this is definitely something I wished I'd known about beforehand, and I wanted to pay it forward to other dog owners out there. I will be calling the restaurant, too, because hopefully there is something they can do about it, even if it's only installing some ceiling fans and moving the dumpsters farther out in the parking lot. I hate to see a restaurant just lose business like that when they've been so nice to include our furry friends.
