Meritage Bistro, located in Highlands, NC, serves up European cuisine. Choose from lunch and dinner menu options like small plates, soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, seafood, beef, poultry, and more. Stop in for lunch and start with an appetizer of Crispy Brussels Sprouts glazed with harissa spice and Blackstrap molasses, and topped with toasted sesame seeds. Next, sink your teeth into the unique Duck Burger - two Maple Leaf Farms duck confit patties topped with goat cheese, dijon mustard demi-glace, arugula, tomato, and a housemade tomato jam on toasted brioche. Meritage Bistro is Monday and Wednesday from 5:30pm to 9:00pm, and Thursday through Sunday from 12:00pm to 9:00pm (closed Tuesdays.)
