If you were wondering, Sushi Fuku translates to Lucky Sushi, but there's nothing lucky about crafting your own Sushi with their four-step Sushi process. Step one is to choose a type of sushi, a Sushi roll, Chirashi bowl, or Sushi burrito. Step two is to pick your protein, cooked, raw, and tempura options are available. Step three is to choose four veggies from a list including carrot, tamago, red onions, and avocado. The final step is to pick sauces and toppings to go on top.
