After traveling and starting families, they realized their passion for the hospitality industry could be turned into their own restaurant. They serve traditional Tex-Mex in Ely, MN. On the menu, you can find 2 Gringos Fajitas, nachos, and enchiladas. If you need something to satisfy your sweet tooth after chowing down on a chimichanga, they serve fried ice cream for dessert. They are open every day from 12pm to 8pm.
