Fledermaus Teahouse has a pet-friendly table and a swing bench outside. You and Fido can experience a European-style barn cafe in the heart of the Green Mountains of Vermont. They provide tea, coffee, confections, and light savory fare, all inspired by Germany, Austria, and Vermont. If you're feeling particularly peckish, you can select their bauernplatte, or farmer's plate, to start. This large traditional dish is served with a selection of artisanal cheese, prosciutto di parma, tomato, apple, a hard-boiled egg, and salad greens topped with an aromatic oil and balsamico. For a lighter snack, the Fledermaus Teahouse cakes and pastries are prepared with local and seasonal ingredients from traditional European recipes. Their opening times are Thursday through Sunday from 12pm to 7pm.
