Located in an nineteenth-century building that was originally the Queen City Hotel, the Bay Leaf Cafe features a classic continental menu of beef, seasonal vegetables, seafood, and wild game, plus some European and Mediterranean influences, daily specials, homemade soups, vegetarian options, and more. For dog-friendly dining, bring Fido along to four outdoor tables! Start off with Tabbouleh, tossed with cucumbers, tomato, parsley, and onion in lemon oil dressing, then go for the Elk Burger or vegetarian California Sunshine pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, artichoke hearts, garlic, and olive oil over fettucine. Plenty of other vegetarian options, including Mediterranean specialties, are available as well.
