Vanuatu Coffee Roasters is a grower, roaster, and purveyor of rare, artisan coffee with two dog-friendly tables. The beans they use for their coffee come all the way from farmers in Vanuatu, where volcanic ash is the fertilizer. They are then sent directly to the store. The purveyor of the coffee shop often visits the farm to get the latest scoop on their product. The locals rave about their Rhodies, similar to a coffee milk, and the Nitro cold brew coffee is also well liked. Although they haven't traveled as far to get to you, the breakfast sandwiches will satisfy your hunger. Vanuatu Coffee Roasters is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 6:00pm and Friday through Sunday from 7:30am to 9:00pm.
