Katie's is open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 9pm, Friday through Saturday from 11am to 10pm, and Sunday from 9am to 3pm.

Several of their dishes have been featured on Food Network. Everything I've had there is good. A few favorites are the conchon pizza and ribs, both of which were Food Network Features.
