Start off with a Papa Hemingway (gold rum, mint, sugar, lime) and an order of the Yuquita Frita - cassava fries with creamy chipotle lime. Next, chow down on the Paella Valenciana with shrimp, clams, scallops, mussels, calamari, chicken, and chorizo. Or go for the Quesadilla de Pollo with chicken, goat cheese, and guacamole-tomatillo sauce. Agozar Cuban Bistro is open Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 11pm, Friday from 12pm to 3am, Saturday from 11am to 3am, and Sunday from 11:30am to 9pm.
