They accept reservations, so you may want to call ahead or use their online reservation system to make sure you and Fido get a place to sit. You can kick off your meal with The Mint's version of cheese fries, Brie Frites, with champagne brie fondue. The menu changes depending on the season, but you may find entrees like Spring Pea Pasta and Carne Asada.
