Bourbon n' Toulouse is a self-proclaimed ""Cajun and Creole joint"" that serves up a variety of delicious dishes. Choose from menu options including etouffee, jambalaya, sandwiches, seafood, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their nine pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Try the Southwest Etouffee with Crawfish, made using a traditional etouffee, finished with cheddar cheese, chili powder, cumin, and a pile of crawfish tail meat. Or go for the Gumbo - a New Orleans favorite, loaded with chicken, smoked sausage, shrimp, and veggies, simmered for two days to bring out a depth of flavor! Bourbon n' Toulouse is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 10pm, and Sunday from 11am to 9pm."

This is a great little quick serve Cajun restaurant. The service was friendly and fun, and they have dog-friendly seating available. They brought our dog, Lambeau, a big dog biscuit and bowl of water. Definitely worth checking out, and if we were from the area we would definitely become regulars.
