The owner's family have been making pasta in the Old World tradition for over seventy years and are dedicated to using high-quality ingredients in their authentic Italian dishes. You and Fido can reenact the iconic scene from Lady and the Tramp with one of the homemade pasta dishes on the menu, including the Pappardelle Alla Bolognese: wide ribbon pasta tossed in a traditional ragu, made with ground veal, pork, and beef. You can select one of the cocktails from the menu that come highly recommended from local patrons, like the Costantino Martini with house-infused pineapple vodka, shaken with white peach puree, and topped with a splash of cranberry juice. Costantino's is open Monday through Wednesday from 5pm to 10pm, Thursday from 5pm to 1am, Friday from 5pm to 2am, and Saturday from 12pm to 2am.
