Oliver A Bistro is an upscale eatery with three dog-friendly tables on their downtown sidewalk seating. Their burgers come highly rated with gourmet selections like the Bacon Jam Burger or the Texas BBQ Burger. Featured burgers are available on their Burger Nights Tuesday through Thursday from 5pm to 9pm. They also provide a selection of signature sandwiches, soup medleys, and salads. The principal dinner menu is served Friday and Saturday night from 5pm to 10pm and a prix fixe menu on Friday from 5pm to 10pm. Reservations for these dinners are highly recommended. Oliver A Bistro is open for lunch Tuesday through Friday from 11am to 3pm and again from dinner from 5pm to 10pm. They are open Saturday from 11am to 2pm and for dinner from 5pm to 10pm. Sunday hours are 11am to 7pm.
