  Enjoyed the visit!

  We arrived early afternoon and were seated on the patio. Our waitress brought water for our lil pup and we talked at length about the Bring Fido app. she told us about the pup choices on the menu and took our orders. Very friendly, great beer choices and tons of food! We all loved it!

  Great dog friendly location

  We were seated in the shade and ice water was brought for our dog. Staff were great and they have a doggy chicken or beef dinner. Staff also enjoyed coming over and putting her and talking about their dogs. And as a bonus, there is an ice cream shop (Rita's) right behind the restaurant and they have doggy cups at no charge.

  Very friendly to our dog- nice out door space. traditional bar menu with an Irish flair. Doggie burgers are a nice touch.

  Delicious Food and Welcoming to our Pup

  First, the food here was amazing! I recommend the Beef Stew :). I let the hostess know we had our goldendoodle and she got us a table outside. They even filled up a water bowl for our pup. He was well-behaved and made friends at nearby tables.

  Beware of the Band

  We were seated about 4 feet from where a band was due to play with no warning whatsoever. We had received our drinks and ordered our food when suddenly some sort of battlefield drum group started up, it was the loudest thing I had ever heard and I got an instant headache. Not your typical guitar and keyboard music, but booming drums that sound like gunshots or fireworks. That sort of music would be great from a stage or in a big stadium but on a tiny crowded patio it was terrifying for everyone, especially children and dogs. The kids at the table near us literally curled up in their chairs and covered their ears. My dog was absolutely petrified and tried to make a break for it. The little dog seated behind us was crying in his mama's arms, but our boy is too big for that so my husband immediately brought him back to the car.

  I had to flag down the waitress (on foot, impossible to hear anything) and try to explain over the noise that we needed to cancel our food order. I sat back down and waited for her to bring the bill, all while jumping at every drum beat. We left two full drinks behind. There is an area of the patio around the bend from the band and we would have happily waited longer for a table there if we had been given a warning about the drums. Our waitress was kind and understanding, the patio itself was lovely, and the menu looked great but it was a really bad experience for us. Check about live entertainment before taking a table here.

  Great spot for dogs!

  Great outdoor set up for dogs! Shaded seating with good spacing between tables for the dog to lay down. Super friendly staff gave our dog a bowl of water and we got him a beef patty for 3 bucks.

  Excellent Food, Excellent Service, and Excellent Attention tour Dogs

  Portions are massive, good sized balcony where dogs are allowed. we had two dogs with us and the server (Lauren) was outstanding. She could see our dogs were wary, but she was cautious and friendly towards them. She brought them water and brought them a chicken breast and a hamburger patty as well as a big bowl of water. She checked on us and the dogs regularly.

  Best dog-friendly eatery experience!

  Great food, great service (Thanks Austin!), and dog-approved. Our golden was welcomed to the patio area and our server, Austin, brought him dog treats and a big bowl of cold water without us asking. The dog menu is so reasonably priced that Rex got to try both the dog patty and dog chicken. He loved both. 5 bones, dog and dog-people approved!!!

  Very pet friendly. The staff was super nice and food was great. Prime rib was fantastic! They bring out water/bowls for the dogs and our one waitress snuck them a couple pieces of cheese from the kitchen! We liked it so much we went back the second day.

  Fathers day

  We took our frenchie pup here after a day on the battlefield and they were very accommodating to his breed letting us pick what table we sat at to put him in the best shade. They also brought him a huge bowl of ice water and refilled if anytime I asked them to. They also offer a little doggie menu of either a hamburger patty or a grilled chicken breast. Needless to say we look forward to going back there and bringing our pup.

  Phoenix Gives It Four Paws Up!

  After a long day g the battlefield, Phoenix loves this shady porch. Across the street from the very dog-friendly 1863 Inn of Gettysburg O’Roark’s is a good spot rain or shine. It is not a covered patio, so not good in a full downpour. Very good fries.

  Great Place for Charlie!

  Folks were very accommodating. They sat us at a nice corner area with room for our 100 pound Rhodesian Ridgeback/Great Dane mix Charlie. Server brought him a bowl of water and a couple biscuits before even taking our drink order. Our server was terrific, a multiple dog owner, and pet Charlie and talked to him every time he came to our table. Food was good as well.

  patio seating for us and our pup

  Patio open for dinner. We travel with our mini Dachshund. Well behaved pup. They say us right away. Server brought menus and took our orders. Food was excellent. I had chicken corn chowder and husband had pub fish basket both were excellent. Plan on going for dinner again tomorrow before we leave.

  Dog friendly, even on a rainy day

  Service was fantastic, food was delicious, and they even accommodated us on the patio under the umbrella on a rainy day. 100% would recommend. We will be back!

  Order a plain burger for my dog. He received a big bowl of water. The waiters are very welcoming to dogs because our waiter has 2 himself. Will definitely go back.

  Dog friendly Irish Pub?!?! Yes, please!!!

  Casual atmosphere, great service..... And you can not go wrong with the menu..... Not to mention the beer selections! Absolutely fabulous!!!!

  Cute outdoor area, plenty of room for dogs to lounge. We had to wait a few minutes for our table and were very comfortable waiting outside. Very polite and pleasant service throughout.

  it was great!

  The outdoor patio was shaded, and on a hot day, it was nice!! They provided our dog with extra water if we needed it and the staff was very friendly and prompt with our order even though we were the only ones on the patio. The food was fresh and reasonably priced too! Going back again today for lunch again because we enjoyed it so much :)

  Great eating experience

  We ate here in August of 2012. We had our pointer with us, so we ate on the patio. The portions were huge, and the food was good. Mid way through our meal, there was a sudden thunderstorm. The owner personally took us to the employee area and let us finish our meal inside with our dog. She even gave him premium meat scraps from the kitchen which he loved! I highly recommend this restaurtant for anyone traveling with their dog. We will go back in 2013.
