Start with the Baba Ghanouj - freshly baked eggplant, minced garlic, lemon juice, and tahini sauce, garnished with parsley and olive oil, and served with hot pita. Next, dig into the house favorite Chicken Kabobs grilled on a skewer with onion, mushrooms, and zucchini, served on a bed of basmati rice, with your choice of side (pita chips, fries, pasta salad, beans, sauteed veggies, kalamata olives, and more.)
