Carousel Frozen Treats is a small ice cream shop located in Warrenton, VA. Stop by with Fido in tow and snag a seat at one of their many pet-friendly outdoor picnic tables to enjoy a frosty cone. Choose from menu options including ice cream cones or cups, shakes, sundaes, brownies, floats, freezes, Hawaiian ice, Dole pineapple whips, and even an assortment of hotdogs, sliders, and sandwiches. Create your perfect masterpiece by choosing your flavor of ice cream (raspberry, grasshopper, banana, brownie batter, pina colada, Irish creme, butterscotch, oreo, cherry, peanut butter, and more) and topping it with whatever your heart desires (gummi bears, coconut, hot fudge, caramel, praline pecans, pretzels, cookie dough, and more!) Carousel even offer Pup Cups for your pooch (a small cup of ice cream topped with a dog bone biscuit.) This joint is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11am to 9pm, Friday through Saturday from 11am to 10pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 9pm.

Carousel is a great place for both dogs and humans. They have about 15 flavors of soft serve ice cream - I had banana topped with Oreo (major yum!) as well as many other options including hot food. There is a good amount of space to spread out. My dog is a bit shy around people and kids so we found a table closer to the road which was perfect for us.
