Distilled at Gratz Park

Distilled at Gratz Park is an elegant eatery that serves a variety of upscale American-style dishes. Choose from menu options including appetizers, soups, salads, steak, chicken, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their seven pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with a Revolver (bourbon, coffee liquor, orange bitters) and an order of the Fried Oysters with watermelon, fromage blanc, preserved lemon, hot sauce, honey, and cilantro. Next, chow down on the Braised Rabbit with fennel pollen gnocchi, English pea-fennel veloute, roasted candy onions, grilled pickled onion, and parmigiano reggiano. Or go for the Caramelized Cauliflower with cauliflower puree, farro, roasted almonds, golden raisin puree, chiles, frisee, arugula, and mustard vinaigrette.
