The pet-friendly EVO combines local Maine seafood with Mediterranean flavors. Request a seat at one of the three outdoor tables and check out the menu full of small plates meant for sharing. EVO offers two tasting menus, one being vegetarian, that can also be paired with wine. There are twists on the classic Mediterranean flavors, like the Spanikopita with duck confit, and Kale Tabbouli. Diners are encouraged to order multiple small plates to sample different dishes. The restaurant's cocktails are also made using local and seasonal ingredients.
