Seven Stars Bakery is a family owned and operated business, with dog-friendly outdoor seating in Providence, RI. This bakery uses the age-old method of long fermentation for their bread and laminated pastries. This means that after the dough is mixed, it's given some time to develop flavors and strength. After the process is complete, these products are made available for you to buy along with other pastries and drip coffee. The current coffee available has been purchased directly from the coffee farm in Guatemala. Each barista preparing your hot beverage has gone through a rigorous forty hour training program, so you can be sure they know what they're doing by the time your cup is prepared.
