The pet-friendly Bell Hall calls itself ""a quintessential American burger joint"" and has eighteen different burgers on the menu to prove it. Request a seat on the outdoor patio with your pup. Burgers range from the multiple meat Iron Pig to the Lamb Burger with brie and apricot preserves. It's not all burgers however. There are house specialties like the Shrimp & Grits and Short Ribs, and fourteen rotating taps with a majority of Pennsylvanian and East Coast drafts. You can make reservations at the Bell House, so you can secure a seat beforehand. Open Monday through Thursday 11am to 1am, Friday 11am to 2pm, Saturday 12pm to 2am, and Sunday 12pm to 2am."
