Seafood R�evolution is a hotspot for seafood, soup, gumbo, salad, and steak whipped up by chefs John Folse and Rick Tramonto in a luxurious, contemporary space. Bring Fido along to the quaint, dog-friendly patio while you create your own dish: pick your species of fish, decide how you want it cooked (grilled, roasted, blackened, a la plancha, saut�ed, steamed, fried�) and choose a topping or sauce to finish it off. If you�re feeling less creative, dishes like the Death By Gumbo feature a whole quail stuffed with oysters, andouille sausage, and rice, or try the Crawfish with Angel Hair Pasta, served with truffle cream and San Marzano tomatoes. Seafood R�evolution is open from 11:00am to 10:00pm Monday through Saturday, and 10:30am to 9:00pm on Sunday.
