Paseo Caribbean serves up island-style sandwiches, bowls, and roast pork in huge portions in a fast-casual environment with dog-friendly picnic tables. Bring Fido along and feast on the Caribbean Roast sandwich: pork shoulder coated in Paseo marinade, slow-roasted, and served on a lightly toasted baguette with aioli, cilantro, pickled jalapenos, and caramelized onions. Or go for the Smokin� Thigh Dinner with two bone-in chicken thighs, marinated and flash-grilled and served with jasmine rice, black beans, corn on the cob, and a house salad. Paseo Caribbean is open in Fremont Tuesday through Friday from 11:00am to 9:00pm, Saturday from 11:00am to 8:00pm, and Sunday from 11:00am to 6:00pm.
