Rio Adobe is a Mexican-food eatery serving fresh Southwestern fare like tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and more. Fido is welcome on the pet-friendly patio with six tables! Go for the Carne Adobada Enchilada stuffed with slow-cooked pork, New Mexico chilis and spices, and baked cheese, or go for the Del Mar Mahi-Mahi Taco with Southwest slaw. Make sure to check out the salsa bar, free chips, and Guacamole and Chips appetizer! House-made sangria and margaritas are available as well. Rio Adobe is open in Cupertino Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 9:30pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am to 9:00pm.
