Eichten's Bistro is home to artisan cheese favorites, American bison meat and dog-friendly seating. Choose from one of the ten different seating options outside. Eichten's has been Serving American bison meat since 1987, raised on Eichten's natural prairie grass feeding program. They produce their own cheese and milk products and are constantly innovating new and intriguing flavor combinations. The staff can offer pairing ideas with their extensive wine collection and in-house cheese selection. Eichten's Bistro is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 3:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 7:30pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 6:30pm, and Sunday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
