Making everything from scratch and using local ingredients, Peter Sebring's menu is a concise dive into the waters of the nearby bay area. Their smoked fish plate includes smoked scallops, lobster roe, creme fraiche, soy smoked tuna, pate, goat cheese crouton, brined smoked salmon, pickled red onion, and olive relish.
