The Slippery Mermaid offers a mixture of sushi for purists, and inventive dishes you might never have seen before. Their Freaky Mermaid roll, served with eel, cucumber, cream cheese, roasted peppers and garlic on the inside, and topped with fresh salmon, yellowfin tuna, sweet soy reduction, sriracha, scallions, masago, and tobiko is a local favorite. They are open Monday from 11am to 8pm and Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 9pm.
