    Erected in 1833, Shanty on the Shore has six dog-friendly tables outside in Burlington, VT. The good old-fashioned seafood restaurant serves lunch and dinner.       Great eclipse

      We had lunch on the deck, the food was great. Our server was wonderful and brought Finnegan a big bowl of water.

      Beautiful views

      The views from the dog friendly deck are spectacular. The food was very good and the waitress offered water to our dog. If you like seafood I would highly recommend Shanty on the Shore.

      Outstanding

      From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcome. A large majority of the staff was so happy to see our dogs, and made us all feel welcome. The food and drinks were top notch, and the ambiance was just right for a laid-back evening.

      Great view over Lake Champlain

      Good atmosphere with fabulous clam chowder and seafood options. Our dogs were welcome on the patio
