    Belle's Cafe offers lots of dog-friendly outdoor seating for you and your pup, as long as they're on a leash. In the heart of Newport Shipyard, Belle's Cafe serves modern American fare for breakfast, lunch, and brunch. From the griddle, you and Fido can indulge in their Azores Omelet, served with Portuguese Chourico, peppers, onions and Monterey Jack cheese, home fries, and toast. One of the crew favorites is the breakfast burrito, including eggs, cheese, peppers, onions, and tomato wrapped in a warm flour tortilla, with bacon, sausage, or ham.       Nice location

      We very much enjoyed this place. It's on the water and you do have to pay for parking but it's minimal. We had 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs. Everyone including the toddler liked their meal. We plan to revisit during our vacation.

      This was awesome!

      The food was amazing, our waitress was fabulous and so friendly, and everyone was so welcoming to our dog. All for reasonable prices! We will definitely make a return trip.

      Loved every aspect of this place!

      Very dog friendly- waitress started out by bringing my pup a bowl of water. food was amazing, they serve everything with watermelon slices which was pup approved! Can’t wait to go back!

      Great food and great atmosphere

      It really is right in the middle of the shipyard so you can watch the boats while you eat or wait for your take out food. There was a short wait but someone brought a treat to my two pups and they brought water at the table. Super friendly and good food!

      Amazing food

      The kitchen at Belle’s always puts out amazing food. The staff was super friendly to our puppy. Try to make a reservation if you can, this place is popular for a reason.

      Shipyard views and great food

      This was an excellent place for casual brunch with our dog. Outdoor seating right on the shipyard is extensive and includes tables, couches, picnic benches and Adirondack chairs. Plenty of dog-friendl options in the sun and shade. You order at the counter and then pick up your food when it’s ready. Our pup loved the relaxed vibe and even meeting some other furry friends! The food was outstanding, too - Crab Cake Benedict and Breakfast Burrito were on point.

      A must go with your pup!!

      Loved this place!! Went to breakfast here both mornings we visited Newport! Great food and really cool atmosphere in the middle of the ship yard! Plenty of dog bowls around for your thirsty pup! Highly recommend this for breakfast or lunch for sure!!
