Located in the Warehouse District of Downtown Peoria, Thyme Kitchen and Craft Beer is a self-proclaimed very dog-friendly gastropub. Guests wanting to try one of Thyme's forty beers or one hundred bourbons can head to one of its many outdoor tables to enjoy their drink alongside their canine. Thyme's menu includes brunch items as well as shareable plates, sandwiches, soups, salads, Nashville Spicy Fried Chicken Thighs, Deconstructed Duck Tamale, Chicken Alfredo, House Smoked Brisket, Vegetarian Stir Fry, and desserts. Loyal Thyme Kitchen customers recommend ordering the Bison Burger, topped with blueberry ketchup, sage aioli, and Swiss cheese, served on a potato bun.

This place was so accommodating to our group of 5 humans and one dog. It was cool today but they served us outside happily. Service was slow but that’s what u get. Patio on the side was gated in so safe from cars which was super nice. There are tables on the sidewalk which looked right but could be great also. Food was good nothing outstanding.
