Ye Olde Spring Valley Tavern
The pet-friendly Ye Olde Spring Valley Tavern's building has been around since 1806, and was a popular spot during Prohibition for it's location and trap doors that hid liquor in Bethlehem, PA. Now the tavern serves an updated bistro-style and seafood heavy menu, with dishes like Oyster Stew and Trout Amandine. There are also plenty of options on the tavern's ""From the Land"" as well like Spring Valley Steak and Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon.
