Fido is welcome to join you at one of their two pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with an order of the Taquitos Tijuana - two crispy corn tortillas filled with shredded beef or chicken, and served with a side of guacamole and pico de gallo. Next, chow down on the Tex Mex Tacos - Texan style shredded beef topped with tropical pico de gallo (tomato, onion, fresh cilantro, and pineapple) served on a soft corn tortilla. Pueblo's Tex Mex Grill is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11am to 9:30pm, Friday through Saturday from 11am to 10pm, and Sunday from 11:30am to 9pm.
