Parker's Bistro
Parker�s Bistro is a fine-dining cafe in downtown Sioux Falls featuring a menu of posh specials like Osso Bucco, Smoked Shrimp Beignets, and weekly fish specials, plus a full cocktail bar and an extensive wine list. Bring Fido along for a dog-friendly dining experience at the outdoor seating area, and start off with a Mixed Cheese Plate or Housemade Italian Sausage appetizer. Then splurge on the featured fish special, or go for the Duck a l�Orange with hoisin fried green beans, mandarin supremes, and orange nage. Finish it off with a hand-crafted cocktail and creme brulee. Parker�s opens seven nights a week at 4:30pm for dinner.

This would be out of place in London or New York. A welcome change from the usual choice between burger, chicken sandwich or fish fry. The streetside patio has a good number of tables and welcomes dogs; water was brought straight away. The meal was outstanding, if expensive.
