Vui's Kitchen serves up fresh, authentic Vietnamese cuisine prepared with wholesome ingredients. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start with an order of Summer Rolls with shrimp, vermicelli noodles, chives, romaine, arugula, fresh mint leaves, cucumber, and carrots wrapped in soft rice paper and served with peanut sauce.Next, sink your teeth into their signature Banh Mi sandwich - a New Orleans French baguette with your choice of lemongrass pork belly, lemongrass chicken, lemongrass beef, fried eggs, or lemongrass tofu, topped with arugula, housemade pate, fresh house mayo, cucumber, pickled daikon and carrots, cilantro, and jalapeno. If you're in the mood for something a bit more low-key and comforting, savor the Pho - a traditional Vietnamese soup made with twelve-hour bone broth, your choice of tender sliced beef, or tofu and mushroom, topped with white onion, scallion, cilantro, Thai basil, bean sprouts, jalapeno, lime, and rice noodles.
